Marlon L. Bayot, MPH, RMT is a former technical advisor for tuberculosis program in the Philippines Department of Health (DOH). His expertise is primarily focused on laboratory network management and laboratory systems strengthening including training management and supervision, monitoring and evaluation, quality management system and laboratory information management. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory science (medical technology) and a master’s degree in public health. Aside from serving as a DOH consultant, he also worked in various roles as an academician, researcher, and a development professional in both government and non-government organizations. At present, he provides technical advisory and consultancy services as an independent laboratory and public health expert locally and abroad.
