Please see this attached paper that systematically compares host-response-based 16 gene signatures. The authors used the TPP cut-offs to evaluate these signatures and the results of the study provide evidence for the potential of host-response-based diagnostics in achieving the WHO goal of ending tuberculosis by 2035.
