Very interesting article - it highlights a potential way to approach the key subpopulations - which is a major barrier in achieving high coverage rates, but also as a pathway to care. Also this might be a potential tool for concentrated epidemics, as the sub-populations involved might be vulnerable/subject to social stigma.
