Women tend to be diagnosed with disease later than men

Please see this news article and the research paper about a study done in 6.9 million Danish people. The results of the study suggests that women received diagnoses later than men in connection with 770 types of diseases. There was an average difference of about four years.

There is a need to address these inequalities in order to have Universal Healthcare for everyone.
