PATH has created a bio-repository of qualified clinical samples to support and accelerate the development and validation of quality in-vitro diagnostics. This includes clinical samples of nasal swab eluate, nasal swabs, tongue swabs, plasma, and inactivated cultured virus.
This bio-repository is designed to be globally accessible to diagnostic developers with priority given to groups demonstrating commercial efforts to support LMICs in their efforts to control COVID-19.
